How to Use

Seven Steps to Unmanned Operation

The system workflow is carefully designed-operators can master it with simple training.

STEP 01

Pre-Operation Check

Check vehicle fluids, tire condition, confirm hardware connections are secure, and sensor surfaces are clean.

STEP 02

System Startup

Turn on main power, start the vehicle controller, system runs self-check and displays results on screen.

STEP 03

Create Task

Log in to the app, delineate the field boundary on the map, select operation mode and parameters.

STEP 04

Path Generation

System auto-generates and previews the operation path. Confirm and dispatch the task.

STEP 05

Start Operation

Drive to the starting point, tap Start Operation and switch to auto mode-the vehicle takes over control.

STEP 06

Process Monitoring

Monitor vehicle position, speed, progress, and camera feeds in real time via the app.

STEP 07

Task Complete

After completing all paths, auto-stops at the endpoint. Remote engine shutdown or new task planning available.

SAFETY

Manual Intervention & Emergency Stop

At any time, turning the steering wheel, pressing the brake, or tapping Switch to Manual immediately exits auto mode; the red emergency stop button brakes instantly.

Common Questions

Safety

  • During first operation or in complex environments, the operator should remain within intervention range.
  • When the system is operating autonomously, unauthorized personnel must not approach the vehicle.
  • Regularly clean all sensor surfaces to ensure detection performance is not affected by mud or water droplets.

Maintenance

  • Regularly check all wire harnesses and connectors for looseness or wear.
  • Watch for software update notifications from the cloud platform or app, and perform OTA upgrades promptly.
  • When not in use for extended periods, store the equipment in a dry, ventilated place and disconnect main power.

Usage Limitations

  • In extreme weather and harsh environments (heavy rain, fog, dust storms), sensor performance may be affected-unmanned operation is not recommended.
